## Terms, risks, and what nobody owes you

1 · What this is

$BITBOTS is a meme coin. It has a robot theme, a browser city, a fight prototype and a weekly payout of trading fees. It is entertainment. It is not a company, a fund, a savings product or a job.

Nobody here is a licensed financial adviser, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. If you are making a decision that matters to you, get advice from somebody qualified and independent of us.

2 · The most important thing on this page

That is not a formality. Most meme coins end near zero, and we have looked at the numbers rather than guessing: across ten of the most successful meme coins ever launched, every single one fell below 6% of its peak trading activity, with a median collapse of about 98.7% and a median half-life from peak of roughly five and a half days.

Because the weekly payout comes from trading fees and nothing else, a collapse in trading is a collapse in the payout. Anyone buying this expecting an income should read section 4 first and then probably not buy it.

3 · What the stock tokens are

The weekly payout is made in stock tokens on pair.fund — tokens named after companies, whose price tracks that company's share price.

They are not shares. Holding one gives you no ownership of the company, no voting rights and no dividend. We do not issue them, we do not control them, and we cannot fix them if the people who do issue them change something. If an issuer restricts transfers, blocks an address, or the token stops tracking its stock, that affects you and is outside our control.

4 · The wage is not a yield

Holders receive a share of trading fees. That is the entire mechanism. It is not a return on an investment, not interest, not a dividend, and nobody is obliged to pay it.

5 · Burning is permanent

Forging a Machine destroys the tokens you burn. They are sent to an address nobody controls and they are gone forever. There is no refund, no undo, no cooling-off period, and no mechanism by which we could reverse it even if we wanted to.

A Machine may be worth less than what you burned. It may be worth nothing.

6 · The Machines

At the time of writing no Machines exist and the contract that mints them is not deployed. Everything the site says about them describes a plan.

When they do exist: a Machine is an NFT. Its art is generated from a seed recorded on chain, and today that art is drawn on demand by this website — so if this site stops answering, marketplaces will not be able to display it. You would still own the token and the art would still be reproducible by anyone from the published generator, but it would stop displaying by itself. We intend to move the art to permanent storage after the first reveal. Until we have, this dependency is real and we are telling you about it rather than hoping you do not notice.

The contract has been tested by us and analysed with automated tools. It has not been audited by an independent third party.

7 · The races, the arena and the prizes

The races. Calling the winner is free and the entry is a wallet signature. Whether anything is paid, and how much, is decided by a person after the race closes. There is no contract behind it and nothing obliges anyone to pay you. Entries close on Friday at 18:00 UTC while the US market closes at 20:00 UTC, so the leader when entries lock is not always the leader when the result is read.

The arena. The current fights pay nothing, cost nothing and stake nothing. Part of every fight is decided by real stock movements rather than by the player, so it is not a game of skill alone. The leaderboard runs on our server and is not independently auditable.

Prizes and giveaways are discretionary. Published rules — such as a minimum holding to be eligible — may change, and we will say so when they do.

8 · Who may use this

You must be 18 or older, and old enough where you live if that is higher.

This site is reachable from everywhere, which does not mean it is lawful for you to use it where you are. Crypto assets, tokenised equities and prize competitions are regulated very differently between countries and some prohibit them outright. Working out whether you are allowed to take part is your responsibility, and by using the site you are telling us that you may.

Do not use this site if you are in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list.

9 · Your wallet is yours

We never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we never will. Anyone who does is stealing from you, including anyone claiming to be us.

Every transaction is one you approve in your own wallet. We cannot move your tokens. You are responsible for keeping your keys and — if you forge — for keeping your secret, because a Machine whose secret is lost can never be revealed.

Check the contract address against the one published on this site before you trade. Impostor tokens are common and we cannot recover anything sent to one.

10 · The chain and the software

This runs on Robinhood Chain, which we do not operate. If it halts, reorganises or behaves unexpectedly, that affects you and is outside our control.

Everything here is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Smart contracts can contain defects. Websites go down. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site, the token, the contracts or anything connected to them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

11 · Data

See the privacy page. The short version: we collect almost nothing, we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and a wallet address you use here is already public on the chain.

12 · Changes

We will change this page as the project changes, and the date at the top will change with it. Continuing to use the site after that means those terms apply to you.
